The ELT3000 PLUS electrolyte leak detector is designed for high-speed, in-line battery cell production. It produces quick, accurate, reliable and repeatable results. The device identifies leaks with all formats, including cells with rigid cases, in addition to prismatic, round, button or soft pouch cells. High-Temperature Structural Adhesive for Electric Motors
Dualbond HT2990 is a dual-curing, high-temperature adhesive for electric motor assembly applications. It is designed for use in multiple production processes, including magnet bonding and magnet stacking. The heat-resistant adhesive is capable of achieving light fixation in 5 to 10 seconds. It does not seep outside or onto motor laminations. Final curing with heat takes 30 minutes at 150 C or 60 minutes at 130 C.

The Stanley Self Piercing Rivet process can join aluminum, steel, plastics, carbon-fiber-reinforced composites and combinations of materials without the need for a predrilled hole. It doesn’t require heat to complete the assembly process, and the process can be used to join aluminum to steel and steel to steel.

Thermal Conductive Adhesive Withstands Battery Heat
XPU TCA 202 is a two-component, polyurethane-based adhesive designed for heat dissipation in battery pack assemblies. It balances thermal conductivity with high mechanical strength, while maintaining good levels of flexibility thanks to high elongation. The adhesive is fast and easy to process through automatic mixing, dosing and dispensing equipment. It adheres well to most substrates without using a primer and cures at room temperature.

The monolayer e-motor magnet wire insulation eliminates adhesion and sustainability constraints of conventional PEEK or enamel insulation processes. It also results in a more uniform insulation layer.
