Hybrid 7th axis for industrial robots – increases reach, flexibility and productivity

Whether small cobot, medium industrial robot or large heavy-duty robot – IPR has the right robot travel unit (RTU) solution for every application. Each axis is specifically tailored to your requirements and convinces with high quality, extreme load capacity and long service life.

Not only do we have RTU’s made out of steel or concrete but also axes which combine the best of two worlds: our hybrid axes. It combines both materials. Double steel profiles offer high stability which allows for a very high load-bearing capacity. The cast composite concrete on the other hand ensures lower vibrations and almost completely eliminates sound emissions. The 7^th hybrid axes are also suitable for heavy-duty robots and have a payload of up to 11 023 lbs. Installation can be done quickly and easily thanks to the flexible floor mounting elements.
