Battery-Powered Open Frame Crimp Tools
The HXE4B and HXE4AB are handheld battery-powered crimp tools for processing aluminum and copper cable ranging from 26 to 10 AWG. The HXE4AB model is equipped with a pretensioned pushrod to hold the crimping position without operator assistance. Dies in various crimp patterns are also available for insulated and uninsulated terminal lugs, wire splices and end caps. Hexagonal crimp dies are available in various combinations with single, double and triple cavity designs.

Twin Wheel Stripper Features Dust Collector
The D series wheel stripper covers many applications for stripping magnet, enamel and film-insulated wires. The DV1 model has an integral dust collection system to trap insulation residue as it is removed from wires during the stripping process. Fiberglass or wire brush wheels may be used with the tool.

Metallic Enclosures Are Corrosion Resistant
Fully metallic enclosures are available in size 32.13 exclusively, and their hoods are designed in one piece for any wiring combination with a robust stainless-steel lever. They are corrosion-resistant because of a conductive layer of galvanic zinc plating on the surface. CQM-08E and CQF-08E crimp inserts are also available for the enclosures.

Crimping Station for Ferrule Processing
The PEC 40 is a crimping station for fully automatic wire processing machines. It has a cycle time of less than 1 second, which offers significant time savings compared to conventional wire assembly. Color-coded interchangeable parts can be replaced without tools. The CrimpCenter HMI delivers all relevant production parameters. Crimp force is adapted to the respective conductor cross-section because of full software integration.

Wire Tape Withstands Temperature Extremes
51036 PV6 and PV78 adhesive tapes feature a layer of cloth and fleece to bundle wires together. Sleeves enable wires to bend and stay firmly together. They provide a range of movement and also provide abrasion and temperature resistance, noise dampening, and protection from dirt and grit kicked up from the road or extensive disuse. The SuperSleeveplus products are resistant to temperatures up to 300 F for 3,000 hours.

Cable Tie Cutter Is Easy to Use
The Model 2275 cable tie cutter features soft Xuro-Rubber hand grips and a light-touch return spring. They provide complete cutting along the entire length of the blades. Bypass cutting leaves smooth, flat, clean cuts that are safe for people to handle.
