Makita’s Assembly Tools
Makita is the premier offering in providing precision torque clutch tools for the ever-changing manufacturing environment. With free software and USB ports, Makita tools are fully programmable, and allow for 6-stage RPM control throughout the rundown, optimizing the speed for every fastening application. In production environments, quality and consistency often relies on the speed of the tool, and faster is not always better. Makita’s assembly tools can accommodate the need to reduce RPMs by downshifting to limit potential galling and can even reduce reaction when fasteners are seated. These tools also include reverse directional control, for left hand threads, or for pre-start applications that need to ensure proper thread alignment.
Programmable by either time (in seconds) or rotations (in angle), these tools capture cross threaded fastenings when bolts are misaligned or when threads are damaged.
