ASSEMBLY ESSENTIALS
ATC MX has also worked in several large projects refurbishing equipment originally built in Tennessee and installed in Mexico, taking advantage of local personnel to easily work at customer facilities with equipment availability restrictions such as weekends and second or third shifts.
ATC MX has developed strong relationships with local suppliers including Rockwell, Siemens, Keyence, Cognex, Festo, SMC, Rexroth, etc. These relationships allow ATC MX to improve delivery times, provide lower costs, and offer the best technical solution to our customers.
ATC MX’s Team Structure is a big differentiator from other automation companies. Our customers believe this has set us apart and contributed to our success. ATC MX Team Structure mirrors that of ATC Cookeville. The team structure allows the Business Unit Manager (Project Manager) easier and faster access to resources since all the technical areas including Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Controls and Assembly due to direct reporting.
ATC MX has the full support of the Cookeville campus. Collectively providing support during project execution, sharing engineering knowledge databases, and adding additional resources when the project schedule demands. The collaboration has allowed for Cookeville resources to travel to ATC Mexico to provide support as well as Mexico resources to travel to Cookeville for additional support.
